Sorry John, marriage isn't that easy. The Bill and Hillary tag team is an important part of the election, but it's a delicate matter. If Bill upstages Hillary, if voters think Bill's a better president than Hillary, if voters think another candidate is more similar to Bill than Hillary is, if voters worry that the next four years will be taken up with speculation about their relationship -- and on and on. Any of those things could hurt Hillary. It's an age old complaint; husbands are a mixed bag.
